For the third straight year, St. John's University is excited to host its Fall Classic tournament.
The Fall Classic will take place on October 15-16 with action on both the grass fields on-campus as well as the turfed field of Clemens Stadium.
"It's been a great tournament that showcases excellent talent in the midwest," St. John's coach Derek Daehn said. "We're excited to host the fall tournament once again and we're already looking forward it."
Along with the hosting St. John's University current squad, other teams expected to attend are:

The Minneapolis Lakers and Team Premium are men's league teams from Minnesota.
"This is our best collection of teams to-date," Daehn said. "With these teams and the talent they bring, it should make for an exciting tournament."
Along with scores and statistics on this website, Daehn is hoping for even better coverage of the fall tournament than in the past two years.
"Currently, we're working on webcasting a few top match-ups so anyone who can't make it out can still follow their team," Daehn said. "However, we'd love to see everyone on-campus for what should be a great weekend of lacrosse."
Games are tentatively scheduled to start at 9 a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. There is no admission fee and the St. John's Booster Club will have a concessions tent.
