While the 2012 season may not have ended as many had hoped, several St. John's players were recognized for their individual efforts during the year.
A total of 10 Johnnies were awarded a spot on the First or Second All-Conference teams for the Upper Midwest Lacrosse Conference (UMLC).
Attackman Jacob Helmer (sophomore), long stick midfielder Jon Fairbairn (senior), face-off midfielder Alex Rahn (junior), defenseman Stephen Johnson (junior) and goaltender Michael King (junior) were named to the First Team All-Conference.

Receiving a spot on the Second Team All-Conference were attackmen Michael Culshaw-Maurer (freshman) and Matt Draxler (senior), midfielder Tyler Nault (senior), long-stick midfielder Lucas Gellerman (senior) and defenseman Tyler Farrell (senior).
In addition, seven players were named as MCLA DII All-Americans.
Johnson and King were both named as First Team All-Americans. Fairbairn was selected as a Second Team All-American and Farrell was selected as a Third Team All-American. Draxler, Helmer and Gellerman earned a spot as Honorable Mention All-Americans.
