MSU-Denver hosts weekend in CO

Saturday - #4 Johnnies vs #22 MSU-Denver in Golden, CO

March 17th, 2018 – Metro State University

RMLC DII                   2017 Record – 8-3

Saint John’s faces off against Metro State in Denver. Coming off an 8-3 year where they ended up ranked 12th in the final DII rankings, the Roadrunners will continue to be strong. Metro State sits 2-2 on the 2018 season and is #23 in the MCLA Coaches Poll through 4 weeks. The Roadrunners face #14 Northern Arizona University.

Sunday - #4 Johnnies vs #18 Providence in Aurora, CO

9:00AM MDT @ Regis Jesuit High School

March 18th, 2018 – University of Providence

PNCLL DII                 2017 Record – 9-3

The Johnnies will meet Providence in Denver for the first time. Going from 4-8 in 2016 to 9-3 in 2017, the Argos will be shooting for another solid year. Formerly known as Great Falls, Providence finished this past year ranked 20th in MCLA DII. The #21 ranked Argos are currently 1-0 on the season, but will play Utah State Friday in Logan, UT and #14 ranked Northern Arizona University in Aurora, CO prior to seeing the Johnnies.

Sunday - #4 Johnnies vs #14 Norther Arizona in Aurora, CO

2:00PM MDT @ Regis Jesuit High School

March 18th, 2018 – Northern Arizona University

SLC DII                       2017 Record – 12-1

Saint John’s final game while in Denver is against Northern Arizona. They went 12-1 on the year, giving them a final rank of 16th. Despite a solid record, they missed out on MCLA Nationals. Currently ranked #14 Lumberjacks currently are 2-1 in the 2018 campaign.
